Ok so I am temporarily doomed to PS3 hell and had something happen to me tonight that got me thinking about the promise we heard in the last letter.

I was doing a simple Castrum run tonight, note I have never had system problems in dungeons before. So anyway this was a fun run, the other tank was good, I was doing good, the people knew what was happening and everyone did their jobs. Also as things happened they were forgiving and understanding. It was great, most fun I've had in a dungeon for a while, and it was ruined.

As I began to move through the thing I stared lagging more and more. As we got to the second boss they were like "move him to the door, over here!" but I couldn't even move and the damn vanguard was invisible most of it. Then in the middle of the fight I froze, as in the PS3 froze, and I was out, and they were down a man in the middle of a castrum run which isnt cool. I couldnt understand what happen until it dawned on me, all the dps in that run were summoners and one of the healers was a scholor, so instead of 8, there were 13 "players", which is the only thing I can think of that caused the lag.

This got me thinking about what they said about being sure that even the PS3 being able to handle the 24 man missions. Are they taking into account pets? I mean if you got a 24 man, that's 6 tanks, 3 healers, and 12 DPS, if even half of the dps are summoners thats an extra 6 characters there, and scholors are popular to so say one is, thats an extra. Worst case is all healers and dps have pets, that would be 24+15, 39 man missions. I won't be on PS3 by then, but the poor souls that are, their games will catch fire.

SO when they say it will handle 24, are they taking the high population of pet using toons into account?
