Hey everyone!
I've been having problems with my account switching to a new PS3 saying I no longer have a valid service account though I own a copy for the PS3 and it's been registred to my Square Enix Account. I had a 1.0 account for my computer which I still have access to and can still play on however for some reason my PS3 is now spitting out "No valid Service account". I contacted Square Enix Email support and got an answer. That answer however made it clear to me that I either poorly explained myself or they miss understood my issue.
I then decided, well I better use chat support and here comes my second issue. Whenever I try to contact their live chat support during buisness hours and as far as I know not a holiday day I just get another ticket number spat at me instead of quieing me up for live chat support.
I'm at a bit of a loss on what to do here now since I don't seem to be able to connect to their support and they appearently did not understand my issue.

So my problem is... I have a 1.0 PC CE, Works fine. I have a 2.0 PS3 CE, worked fine until I swapped to a new PS3, now returns error: "No valid service account". Same PSN ID, Same SE Account. If I try use my registration code again it returns the obvious error that the code has already been used.
Not sure how I can resolve this issue so any suggestions is appreciated. I would be a very sad panda if I can't play FFXIV on my PS3 anymore since I like being able to play both the computer version and console version
