Why is race and nationality ignored so much in the lore? (why does the lore fail)

Trolling? I've been playing this game since release and posting here since forums were implemented. But I get it, soon as someone says anything bad about a game 95% of the original buyers ditched, they're trolling. Right.

i would argue the bigger trolls are those consistently defending the game regardless of it being a failure at the moment.

...and thank you. Its just funny that people like Cairdeas call me out for trolling from a single post of mine yet in another topic, he was arguing in favor of the Market Wards and he decided to completely ignore my post because it didn't benefit his point.
