I honestly don't see any FC go for a S-sized house, considering you can only have 1 house. Unless a FC of 3 people decide to buy one. I won't lie though. I'm half tempted to make my own FC, just to get my own house.

did it. omg its taking forever to rank up. at this point since my GC log is complete, the only thing that is making the bar fill at all is FATEs... uugh

Lol, it's nice to see someone who already put my thought to action. And yeah, it's the only part that I fear. The long grind/wait for the necessary rank to obtain one. But I might end up desperate enough to do so. How long would you say that it took you to get whatever rank you're at now?

my FC is only a few days old (Rank 1) and i have only ran maybe a half dozen (lvl 20)FATEs at this point for my back-up classes.... but at this point im up to 10% i can say the higher the lvl FATE the higher reward but im worried its going to be like my chocobo.. probably by the time i reach the req rank everyone would have bought there plots and hopefully i can buy one cheap.

It doesn't take long to get to rank 5 (max before 2.1) so I don't think you have to worry. Also, there is unlimited housing so you shouldn't stress over not being able to get it at the start of 2.1. Plus, it'll actually get cheaper over time.
