What exactly makes you think we want Roe sized breasts on a Lalafell sized body?

Grab a potato, and use toothpicks to affix cranberries to the front of it.

I used to think that all lalafells were child-like and pure. Then I met Mimidoa. So, if you think all lalafells are children, you are creepy, and insulting a percentage of dwarves in real life.

All in all, in the fan-art/concept art picture posted, intended bust or clothes-enhanced, a lalafell with a bust with that size (considering that as a maximum) seems no problem at all.
