Another question.
Does getting the "divine" message actually increase the HP bonus of the food?
I tried the Knight's Bread with 148 VIT and 70 Wind and only got the "well fed" message.

As far as fish are concerned, my limited tests show that all fish give the same HP and the only way to increase it is to get a +1, +2, or +3 fish. Any help will be appreciated.

Also, as a 50 MRD I tried Ala Mhigan Fighting Fish +3 which is a rank 12 fish, and still got the well fed message with my dex int and mnd at 27 and all my elements at 21.
Are the stats based on the food or my rank?

HP does increase with food. Thats how people found out how much the percentage to the divine/delicous/tasty bonus was.
As for the Knight's Bread, your Wind should have been +/- 5 of 54. 70 would have been for your VIT.

The stats are based off of your food, not your rank.
Ill have to get back to you on that Ala Mhigan Fighting fish to see what went wrong for you.
