character rename in Beta phase 3 issue

About the rename of in-game character, When begining of FFXIV ARR Beta phase 3, there are unclear instruction to make me(some player) to change the character name, I would like to suggest to give us a rename chance for free or by fee. As I remember, offical said will follow this issue, but we don't see any action. Please follow with interest.

On a serious note...we did have that option already. At the character selection it would tell you you had a one time option to change your name and the appearance of your character. I don't know if this had a limit date in which the option would no longer be available, but if i'm not mistaken, I think I may have read that they are considering charging in the future for name change, but it isn't a sure thing.

It had no limited date - It was actually pretty clear about it. There was a limited offer before early access to send in a ticket if you had recreation errors including name that they posted about, so in reality, no one can really blame SE after being given options to fix any problem they may have had.

I didn't receive that ticket, and also I am not blaming SE, I can pay for it or suggest to free/reward (if people pay 180days fee)
