Perhaps the bigger issue is the Linkshell Management issue you CAN control. I find it ironic that the same person spamming these threads is the same person who leads the only shell that shouts for new members in Uldah every 10 minutes.

Maybe showing a little discretion when adding new members would reduce the number of times you have to reform your shell. Instead of needing the tool to allow you to kick half your roster every other week, maybe try not grabbing every warm body you can get your hands on in your shell.

Quality > Quantity
In all fairness, Ullr has a good point and I take his side on this topic. I am in Seraphim where we have reformed several times due to hitting member cap and this is in a shell where we have about 85% to 95% active members. We usually stay at cap for a few weeks and decide if we need to reform as new applications come in fairly frequently. It is hard to tell a potential member that we cannot take them due to cap restrictions while someone in the shell that has not played for several months and not told us is keeping the potential new member from joining. Is it fair? That depends on perspective in which the answer is not a simple black/white response. I have partied with Aesir a lot and with the same members for quite some time and they are a great group of folks, so there is no need to belittle them when you have no facts to base your accusations.

As for recruiting, I have to disagree with you on the "Shout" spamming timeliness as you are exaggerating a bit much.

Sure, the LS management is in dire need of change but that means more attention to the Devs that this is something that should be fixed in the near future instead of later on down the line.
