LS Leaders of Mysidia We need this more then any!

With linkshells forming and reforming we need a boot button to kick inactive online and offline players globally at any time.
There is no reason a LS such as the one's in the Mysidia server should be reforming after hitting LS max 2-3 times like we are! And as a leader of a shell it's hard to please my loyal members with people who play for a day and leave and remaking a shell over and over. with so called " Active players " we need the room for people who are. And we need it now!
If you agree don't just press like or post i agree!
ADD TO IT AND POST IT over and over this is not a light subject this is a major issue for the populated servers.

If your not a LS leader and have not remade your shell more then once then don't bother with your two cents cuz you don't know the idea of issue at hand.

And with major patches and not even 1 word of a LS fix or even a simple button it's driving major shells to there destruction and leaders to wits end.

So i say YES to Adding a Global Linkshell Boot key! AND RE POST THIS

I agree that this is needed, the Devs said on the forums they are considering putting it in after they finish the updated battle system since that is their current priority. I am hoping that this means there will be more Linkshell Admin options in game by the end of the summer, seeing the battle system should be implemented by, what, June/July according to them? We will see what happens.

Just telling you what they said... at least they acknowledged it and said yes they know it needs to be fixed. lol

We seem to have reforming down to a science, this is like our 4th time. XD

Does this really need a billion separate threads?

Perhaps the bigger issue is the Linkshell Management issue you CAN control. I find it ironic that the same person spamming these threads is the same person who leads the only shell that shouts for new members in Uldah every 10 minutes.

Maybe showing a little discretion when adding new members would reduce the number of times you have to reform your shell. Instead of needing the tool to allow you to kick half your roster every other week, maybe try not grabbing every warm body you can get your hands on in your shell.

In a game in the making you cant get this you must build from the ground up with every player in hopes of finding quality players not be nit picky its called giving chance to ware most shells give none. Know something about what your talking about before talking down on it.

In all fairness, Ullr has a good point and I take his side on this topic. I am in Seraphim where we have reformed several times due to hitting member cap and this is in a shell where we have about 85% to 95% active members. We usually stay at cap for a few weeks and decide if we need to reform as new applications come in fairly frequently. It is hard to tell a potential member that we cannot take them due to cap restrictions while someone in the shell that has not played for several months and not told us is keeping the potential new member from joining. Is it fair? That depends on perspective in which the answer is not a simple black/white response. I have partied with Aesir a lot and with the same members for quite some time and they are a great group of folks, so there is no need to belittle them when you have no facts to base your accusations.

As for recruiting, I have to disagree with you on the "Shout" spamming timeliness as you are exaggerating a bit much.

Sure, the LS management is in dire need of change but that means more attention to the Devs that this is something that should be fixed in the near future instead of later on down the line.

What about if the quantity is all quality? We keep about 80-90 awesome active members at any given time and have an average of 15 new applications a week, the ones that need to be removed are just ones that went inactive, they are still quality people but in the state of FFXIV you can't expect everyone to stick with it while it is being fixed.

And apparently it having a "billion separate threads" means its a major issue.
