I originally filed a ticket on October 25th regarding an item restore request in which I bought the wrong chest piece with my mythology tomes. I received an email back saying I would be contacted in game, in which I was and the gm told me my request for wyrms mail for a bards shirt. The in game GM told me the process would be taken care of within the week either in game or through the mail. It has been a month and I have yet to receive an update into the process after multiple attempts to reach a gm or get support. I dont know which gear to purchase next as I am awaiting this piece. I dont want to buy it again and waste a month of paying and saving tomes. Can someone contact me or simply send me the item through the mail as was promised?
