    They have it in a FAQ at the support portal... but unless you search with the right words (client download), you have to dig through about 4 or 5 pages of suggestions before you find the link to the article:

    This is the page for directing the 1.0 subscribers to the free download. looks like it links to that same download link. You can also install from the Beta download if you have that file still--the game will update from it just fine (used it to re-load it on my PC after I had to restore it about a month ago). In fact, I think that download is the same file...

    Surprises me they don't just provide a link to download the client in the Mog Station. Seems like the easiest remedy. Just put it somewhere under Account Services or something--could restrict it so you can only download with an active account.
