This means it does only 70 potency total over its duration.

Which makes it both more costly and less damaging than Ruin, thus is not used normally.

However its duration can be extended by Garuda's contagion, so it is used with contagion, extending the duration to 30 seconds, and making it do 120 potency.

Still awful, no matter what Kevee says, but is mathematically a dps increase.
