Those players may have leveled tank or healer just to have an easier time completing the main scenario and the dungeons that are required.

Don't have to be good or even competent as long as you have instant queue times for every new party. After they reach 50 and have the scenario completed, they'll swap to the class they wanted to play and farm fates until they pass out.

You may be catching the players from the above scenario and they care little for others, let alone how the people they screw over feel about it.
