Are we getting a Vote Kick on 2.1?

you probly wont be able to vote kick if everyone is in combat and youll have to probly wait 90secs or something after out of combat to start a vote thats how TeraOnline vote system for parties was but was 120secs OoC

I played a lot of wow, random dungeons and all, never have been kicked. I have voted to kick some people though...

I can see the vote kick being very amazing for doing titan . Before 1 attempt you can spot the weeds just by HP alone . Then after a few attempts weed out the bads , and eventually get a good group for titan hopefully before timer runs out .

Also for DF WP runs you could kick melee and hope for a BLM or BRD to replace them .

However I can see the baddies will be against the vote system . Any good player shouldn't be worried tho .

LOL @ Grailer's foolishness.

You cannot Replace Members for Titan HM or any "Trial" aspected Instance (Primals, Cape Westwind; Probably Dhorme Chimera and Hydra when added to DF).

/sigh @ Grailer's Speedrun arrogance.

Scum that boot Melee DPS (or try to) in WP should receive massive penalties and just make their own premade parties. I know if someone votes to kick me, I definitely will NOT apply to grant an MIP point to them if the kick doesn't go through.

Due to vote to kick and now extra penalties for wanting to leave a bad group. I will say this one final time, Square enix should extend the blacklist to dungeons. This game has failed on many points and just as I was enjoying it the "elitist" now say if you do not do as we say (gear and combo's) you are gone. I fight as hard and have done my best to learn my class well. Vote to kick will not bring people back to game. Many might stick it out till the end while the elitists jump back to WoW or etc. But this is a long wait to be sure. If any true fan is left after 2014 Square better gets its act in order and actually listen for once. This isn't WoW and needs to remain so.

Considering you've also said that you lie to get into coil runs, you're probably a good example of why there should be a vote kick feature.

If you are a decent player you have nothing to fear from a vote kick system.

Totally agree. The kick system will be as usual programmed accordingly to what we should expect from a japanese player.
Aka a respectful group, kicking out a TRUE jerk attempting to afk the run, ruin the fun of others, having bad attitude.

Sadly, they truly forgot what kind of junk is the western community, and how many abuse will pop, out of their "for respectful japanese players" kick system.

Or methods to circumvent it , abusing of "limitations".
At the end of the day, abusers will find their way, and way more jerks will have free territory to abuse of this feature kicking out innocent players.

We all know it's true, we already discussed enough about this community' sad behaviour

My personal guess about limitations? The only limitation will be kick not available on queue. Wanna bet?

People blow the potential for abuse with this system way out of proportion. I've witnessed vote kick abuse maybe two or three times in the years since it was implemented in WoW (and, incidentally, all of those times I was able to prevent the abuse because it requires my participation as well), and they fine tuned the system there so that it's now nigh on impossible to abuse it. All Squeenix has to do is copy WoW's vote kick system and they're golden.
