I think the FF14 community is overall more jerky because we DON'T have a kick option yet. People know they can troll the duty finder(AFK forever, insult till people leave so they get a 15min lockout, pull mobs then let them kill people, etc) without getting in trouble. At least it seems like they wont. Not sure if SE cracks down on them afterwards, but the trollers get their fun with no immediate threat or punishment for their actions.
