Where to go at 26+?

Having reached level 26 archer I find myself wanting to find a level 30 camp to do behests at, but I'm struggling finding anywhere populated. I'm on Figaro and I've tried Camp Glory and the Nanawa mines, to no avail. Where do people usually go?

On another note, does SE have any plans for fixing the party seek tool which no one uses? It's really bothering me now that solo is getting too slow...

I'm fairly certain Coerthas camps don't have battlewardens >_>
But Cedarwood and Cassiopeia are always populated on my server
