I don't care I agree with this. Skill doesn't become skill it's how lucky you get. I have almost all weapons from Garuda, you know why cause I have a relic and speed run it. When I didn't I did it 40+ never saw the bow once. Coming up with tokens for each content is good, so people like me with no chance in hell, can still get stuff.

Also for the record I still haven't seen the bow

I second that, our FC did some runs to gear up with Garuda gear before trying Titan. Since that time I've done over 100 Garuda runs and the one bow I saw drop went to someone else. Saying you can just do moogle to get your non-upgraded relic equivalent ignores the RNG. Which can and will go against your favor.
