So the game doesn't even have 1 year and the long promised token system is already dead.

- Crystal tower will randomly drop gear superior to DL/Crafted.
- Coil will randomly drop lv95 weapons
- Moogle will randomly drop lv80 weapons


So basically what's the point of tokens now?

Wasn't this system based on the fact that if you don't get the drop, you can farm and waste some time to get an equivalent at 100% rate?

I agree on the fact that contents that give tokens are too easy, but making them useless is not the solution.

Make a new type of token, harder to get (coil?) to buy the same RNG gear.

But something here is strange if that's the case...
CT won't be harder ( Yoshi said ilv55 gear requirement) then WP/AK, so why does it give stronger gear?
Moogle won't be harder then titan (y said a little bit harder then Garuda), yet it will give lv80 weapons.

Man, I feel really bad for people who did relic quest in 1.0. Maybe they destroyed Moogle weapon and some of them could be even better then some relics now (I totally see Moogle Bow having crit rate, while relic doesn't).

Why are you destroying a good concept? Token system was nice, a little bit unfair for the difficulty level of some content, but a nice idea that should be fixed and stay in the game.

After 2.1 RNG gear will be better then token gear. It's 1.0 timesink all over again.
I've already lived that nightmare.
