Constant Video Lag-PC

Hopefully I can get an answer here, and sorry if this has been posted already (I didn't see anything that resembles my issue).

The issue that I'm having is that my video will intermittently freeze while all game sounds and actions in the background will continue to run as normal. So while I'm running, fighting, even talking to NPCs and going through small cut scenes my video lags and other aspects of the game do not.

I have a GTX 660ti video card and have never had issues like this before. I think it started around 2 main patches ago and I will update my drivers but that doesn't seem to help. Sometimes if the lag gets bad enough I notice the disconnect icon next to my name but I never fully disconnect.

So I don't know if it's an issue with my PC or if it has something to do with the connection to the server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
