Make sure you do a tracert in cmd to the ip of your server, i.e. NA is 184.107.107.176 Than just contact the highest level support that understands trace route and get them to report the issue or change your path to the server. Which they can do, they just need to apply a ticket to see if there is an issue and when they do they will change routers. If they do not you can keep on complaining until they get tired of dealing with you. They can not say no,because it is an issue and if you go public with it. Bad press is no longer good press.
