European Servers - Fix for the majority of lag-related issues and endgame?

Hey there SE-Team!

I just wanted to ask if anyone of you could tell a Little bit about future plans concerning your european community.

You made a faboulous game, yet a few issues still are kinda persistent.

I think i speak for many of us Europeans, when saying that the latency is often not, what we are used to and would like to have when playing an mmorpg.
For me personally, the game is still Young, there is still much to do and i can do alternative stuff when the Servers seem to lag in some extreme manner. Nevertheless, mmorpgs often are "Long tearm Projects", for a Player as well as for the Publishers.

This is the reason, why I myself could deal with some issues, if you may let me know, they are getting fixed.
However, I, and i guess many other Players aswell, will demand a few fixes if they still shall be playing a fictional year in the future.

What do you guys think? Please tell

Unless they allocate some servers to the EU Amsterdam/Dublin are just 2 places i can think of i dont think there is a lot they can do about.
And us in the EU PAY more per month than the NA players that have the servers closer to them.

My sub runs out soon i will not be renewing it for something that is unplayable at time's.

The day after the live letter I stopped my auto renewal. Reason is that they seem more focused on nerfing an easy dungeon then fixing all the lag many in Europe have. I want to play this game, but I can't during the hours most people play. Seriously when my FC can't even down Garuda HM thanks to massive lag then what is the point?

The lag is making this game unplayable and as such I will not support it until there are EU servers located in Europe, this talk has become a trend within my FC where many members simply don't feel like logging into the game anymore. But seeing as SE either don't care about their european customers or don't understand the problem, I am afraid that the "EU"-servers in the near future will be empty and abandoned... yet another great game killed by a bad service.

I do seriously hope, that People will not have to quit, specially not soon. Empty or emtying Servers will leave a whole wave of others quitters in their wake, because you are going to Need a community to wholly enjoy a game like this :/

Sadly, from their lack of response, I believe that they will not fix this issue. They will never understand that the reason we want a european server located in Europe is not because we don't want to play with other, it is because we want a playable game.
Someone said there was not enough EU-players to place the EU servers in Europe, but let us do the math: 5 servers that was so full that people could not login during the first weeks... so let us go with 5000 per server = 25000 players paying 13dollars every month = 325000 dollars per month and 3.9mil per year and that for starters. Sure, that is not a lot but enough for a small center in Europe that would have fixed our lag while giving a small profit and in the future more players would have joined in on the fun... but instead they simply take our money, slap a "EU" label on a few NA servers and ignore the issue.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
