Gridania Levemete problems

Greetings,

First off, I will apologize if this is posted elsewhere, but I was unable to find any info, so here we go...

I'm playing in Gridania, as a Wildwood Elezen, leveled up to 11 as an Archer, switched over to Leatherworking until level 10. Anytime I try to get a levemete from any of the people that I have access too (Adventurers Guild, Bannock, and Bentbranch), I am always refused and then told that "perhaps Mother Miounne has a task or two in which I might prove my skills". Ok, fine. However, when talkin to the good lady, Mother Miounne, she rambles on about this or that, and that it... Please help. Thank you.

Leves are unlocked through the main questline. For one of your main quests, you'll have to talk to Miounne in order to complete it. When you do that you'll unlock levequests and the inn.

Yes, you have to complete a certain main story quest in order to take on levequest - the specific quest is called 'Spirithold Broken', it's the same quest that also unlocks the Inn. Once you've completed this quest, speak to Gontrant, the elezen at the leve counter in the Adventurer's Guild and you'll be given another quest to speak to Tiereny at Bentbranch Meadows. She'll give you a trial guildleve to complete, and once that is done, guildleves will be unlocked completely. Just remember you have to undertake a trial leve at every levemete you want to do leves from, but the extra exp and gil is always good.
