For Those with Time Warner Cable( Lag Issue)

So I don't think it's just western US, as I am in FL and have been experiencing issues for more than 3 weeks now.

There is obviously something wrong with Level3.

Your isssue starts in the early nodes (node 5, 1611 ms). I would call your ISP and check with them if it's their node.
