how come ppl complaing about no kick option in groups/dungeons/fates when there is 1

I dont understand, or i am misreading, i read alot about people complaining about no kick option for when they are in partys/dungeons and so on, for when people either dc or are behaving like a tool.

    Yet there is one.

The party leader goes into the social window (press O on pc) go to the party tab then you can right click and click remove member/player from party, and it kicks them out.

Isnt that what most people are saying but dont know is there?

I know there isnt a vote option or what not but you can still kick them.

Go ahead and try it, it doesn't actually do anything. The in dungeon party leader is just superficial.

I don't believe it works on d/c players either, the system removes them automatically once they've been offline for a certain amount of time (15 minutes?).

Duty finder has a system in place when someone d/cs to kick and replace them. It will ask you if you want to replace them. I think it's made to kick d/ced players after the game has determined they're not connected for a while.
I'm pretty sure that's the only place where the party leader holds that power though. Not 100% on it!
