As it stands, unless a Summoner is able to get up a full set of DoT attacks right at the time of spawning and maintain them so as not to be locked out, it is nearly impossible to use the majority of our damage dealing abilities due to the limited number of debuff abilities that can be maintained on a mob at one time. I understand that there might be some balance concern which makes it prohibitive to remove the debuff limitation as a mechanic period, but in special cases like these FATES which are intended for massive multiplayer participation I feel like special consideration should apply.
