Suggestion to allow premades in CT

Give us a check box like the one for joining duties that are already in progress for only matching us with other parties that contain only members from our FC. It's okay if don't begin the duty until 16 other FC members are in the duty finder queue.

This should not take a long time to implement. Add it into the 2.1a patch.

Bump this if you agree.

Edit: You could also make the checkbox only available if you are not in a party and only begin the duty when 23 other FC members are in the queue.
