    My ps3 accout

    Hi, i've bought FFXIV for both ps3 and pc... I played it for 1 day and then i had to reset my ps3( black screen whit hdmi cable).Now i cannot connect to my psn account since i dont remember the password and since im 17 ive usede a fake birth date, for those reasons i cant request another pass and obviusly cant connet to my psn linked whit ffXIV.
    I want be able to play on this account anymore?
    Hope you can help me, sorry for my english and hope we will in game :3

    I believe you can request an email be sent to the address you signed up for PSN with. This way you can recover your password. I would visit Sonys site and look for such an option maybe?

    As for the black screen with HDMI cable you spoke of, I do know that to switch output, from the red/white/yellow setup to HDMI and vice versa you must press and hold the power button on the PS3 for a few second's. I am sure you can find the full explanation online. That might be what you were experiencing.
