Thread: At least try to implement an option to group with server only for 2.1

It won't be possible to make 24 man groups for CT, it's just ridiculous why such a feature isn't given high priority for this patch.
But at least try to give us an option to find groups on your own server only, that shouldn't be too hard to implement, because SE has grouped servers already for DF.

This way, it will be possible to try to make a 24 man premade for CT, by queuing up at the same time.

I like and dislike the current cross server grouping, it sucks, because we had a very nice pug and all wanted to /friend, except we were all from different servers.

The very best guilds Ive ever been in have always been formed, by players making small groups of friends and being tight-knit the current system takes away from that.

There are so many servers I wonder if they aren't able to support quite enough people per server? I don't know how many are on each but yeah Im not sure what they need to do.

I would like to befriend those I battle alongside whom are good and decent people, the plus side is when your grouped with a son of a garlean after the instance you will never see them again lol

Wasnt there mention of a "Duty Board" feature in an upcoming patch that allows for this exact thing? Also you can always stand in town and shout.

Seems like that will function to allow the forming of 4 and 8 man groups within the same server. This does nothing to help 3 separate 8 man groups into the same instance of CT.

The server only Duty Finder option is not going to happen. Yoshi specifically addressed that issue. All it would take is too many tanks or healers selecting server only and the entire system would cease to function. Unless you were lucky enough at that specific time to be looking for a dungeon when a tank or healer on your server was also looking.

Was also said you can only enter CT as an 8 man anyway and it matches you with two others. Worry slightly about that
