I'm sad to see this game going the same route as SWTOR.

I always read people upset about grinding out tomes or just coming on for Coil, I feel kinda sad for them.

I'm in nearly full Myth gear and Coil gear, and there's still so much I can enjoy out of the game.

Obviously it's not for everyone, but some people don't even try anything but "hardcore progression".

& to say Crystal Tower is useless, and skippable is such bullox, to that logic, everything is skippable, you don't HAVE to do story, you don't HAVE to do Coil, you don't HAVE to craft, you don't HAVE to play the game.
You play it because you enjoy it, make friends, make goals.

Like I said, not for everyone, but spiritbonding parties and levelling my chocobo have been the most fun I've had since levelling to 50.
Making friends, do it on my own time, make gil and chocobo exp, enjoy the sights and much more.

Still enjoying doing dungeons as my Monk with my GF, fishing and filling up my fishing log, collecting all the minions, crafting, playing with friends, making new ones, helping new players, hell I still enjoy FATEs, simply because I never burned out on them. Take things slower and things might be better

I've never found a game alive that I've enjoyed after no-life marathoning it.
