    Authentificator thing bought 09.29, haven't received it!!!

    Hello,
    Sorry for the mistakes, i'm not english but no one is really answering in the french part of this forum.

    So, this is my problem :
    I've ordered the SE authentificator (the thing with random PW gen. to protect my account),
    But, after 8 weeks, I still haven't received it.

    SE support do not answer me, they don't take care of their customers at all.

    What can I do? I won't wait anymore, I'm thinking about leaving this game because of that, they stole me.

    If any GM could answer to me, I'll be greatful.

    As bad as it sounds I think the reason no one will reply is because there is nothing we can do. This needs SE interaction and if they aren't willing to provide it well there is little we can do.

    You mean your "security token"?

    Edit: When I ordered mine when they first came out for Final Fantasy 11, and it took 3 months =/ . (I do have a new one now though for 14). I was told they were never shipped. The good news is that you can still play without it, but I can understand why you would want it. I would try to keep calling, until you get someone who can find out what is going on. I had to do this back then, and I was finally able to get someone to ship me my token. Good luck!

    Just use the soft token that is available on the app store for your smartphone, if you have one; otherwise, call. If that doesnt work and you still havent received it, and you have no tracking number; just reverse the payment and be done with it.
