Chapter 4 Lightning Fate not completing

I have done the Chapter 4 Lightning Fate 5 times and I have the parcel yet it still says it's not complete.

are you sure you got the right parcel? Did you turn in to the person back in Old Gridania?? You can only turn it in on the proper level character remember.

I have one as well from another chapter,But what really sucks is you cant even go on to the next chapter until your that level or more...So now im a lv.39 and wont get my last pc. from chap.4 until i hit lv.45.....SERIOUSLY....level restrictions on these events for some bull**** level 15 gear thats totally useless

Not lame at all. They already stated if you don't get to 45 now, you have 2 months until the EU release when they bring the event back.

In order for me to submit your report, I will need some more information. You can go Here and you can find templates for Windows and PS3 that represent the kind of details we need. Once you can provide such information we can move forward and resolve this issue. For now I am going to move this thread into Insufficient Information.
