Defensive cooldowns are awesome for turn 4. Drg/mnk don't need this stuff all the time but when we need them they are really good.

This next post comes from my desire to have a parry boost melded into the Marauder's Foresight.
As small as it seems, I think Keen Flurry should boost Skill Speed by X% for a duration. May allow for a burst rotation, but is also a big TP drain.
Keen Flurry is probably one of the best defensive cd's in the game.
I use it all the time in coil.
It's not bad for other class even, but how are you going to say it's useless as a DRG to get 80% parry?
