Trying to reactivating account

Hi,

I need some help trying to reactivate my wife's account. . . . .

This what i did.

went to moogle station. . .
clicked on the button that said "Proceed to Payment"
followed all the instruction. . .
SE even put a placeholder charge on my account (inputed the cc 3 times so they put the placeholder charge 3 times)
and when I try to log back in the launcher says "No valid or active service account is available to play FF14 ARR"


When I go to moogle station it says my char is Inactive and i'm trying to look for a way to activate it. Anybody know how to do it?

Some have had problems with credit cards and found buying crysta and apply that to the account works.

I'm thinking of doing that however those 3 $1 placeholder charges will not go through? I dont want to buy crysta just to get charged $45 from the other charges.

My other question is do you get a email if the payment do go through?




Update: Thx wobble I did buy crysta and it worked. I didnt get error messages so I didnt think it was like ppls payment errors but I guess that's what happend. Thx for the tip.
