For the Winsome....umm, help?

Did Lightning show up? As posted above, she only shows up for either of those two fates half the time. You'll get a bunch of dialog from her if she's there (in case she doesn't show up on your screen). You only get the packages if Lightning is there.

Yes lighting has shown up but no package even with a gold completion

If your other worldly package failed to show up in your inventory, I would report it as a bug.

But check your inventory to be sure. It works a lot like the airship envoy item. You'll be given an item box that only Petry Winsome can open.

Thxs it appeared in my inventory after I did the valentines quest and could complete the quest transaction I have reported it as a bug via my PS3 support desk on the start menu.

Yep definitely a bug, same thing happened to me on day 2 for that event, which is funny the first one worked fine.

Huh. The first time the Lightning event ran I think it was the only event at the time. It sounds like she doesn't play well with others. Possibly due to the staged nature of the event.
