Here is my micro guide:

Keep your wrath stacks and maim always up, buff IB before using it, alternate featherfoot and foresight, stay alive!
If for any reason you NEED to IB -> infuriate -> IB, use convalescence to keep the healing bonus up while building wrath back.
Remember that berserker and vengeance will give you one stack of wrath.
Second wind suxxx, its not worth the slot. Convalescence, internal release and featherfoot are good, provoke and flash mandatory.
Guides are nice but what you need is to tank tank tank! Avoid fates if you are leveling up, get into dungeons.
