Is it just the weapons? Or the gears? People said they heard him saying the weapons only, people read the texts as "gears".

So which is it? The other thread is pretty well, chaotic so I made this thread hoping someone can confirm it. With proof perhaps?

Or the people in the other thread know it's still not a confirmation until they state without a doubt that it is only weapons. "I'll have to check with the higher ups" isn't confirmation of anything even after saying they "think" it's just weapons.
