We are getting more raids. Coil will be expanded and there will be new stuff later on just as any other MMO. Don't act like just because this patch doesn't strongly cater to your will that no future patch ever will.

After months of waiting for anything to at least enhance this game, which essentially (upon release) extended into phases of unofficial beta tests (due to all the fixes and crap we had to deal with for months), i have a right to act as though nothing will be coming in the future. What the hell came out of 2.0's release from when it was considered "future" remake of what was 3 years ago, waiting for 1.0 to be remade into some insane expanse of content and amazement.

I'm not to judge simply because I have strong feelings towards a game I've been supporting for years

Yes, and the following patch will only benifit hardcore. But ofcourse then it's all perfectly damn fine as long as you get something out of the deal, isn't it? This whole arguement isn't about the concerns for the games development direction, but rather a bunch of players screaming at eachother over who is more entitled for new content.

Let me explain the current development model again as most people can't understand sarcasm and skip it.
2.0, 2.2, 2.4 - Hardcore Coil Content (You guys are a part of this community and you really deserve this)
2.1, 2.3, 2.5 - Casual Content (We will have our own thing to do and try to stay out of your way, we ask that the hardcore community respect those wishes aswell)

All and all it's the most efficient way to ensure that everyone gets a slice of the pie.

Doing a raid that you can only do once a week is not hardcore. People are doing T1-5 in a NIGHT..in an couple hours or less. Hardcore means your playing everyday...doing raids EVERYDAY. Not progressing...progressing is progressing. My BF plays "casual" hours...he plays 2 hours a night IF THAT...sometimes not at all. We have done T1-5 and he has the best gear he can have. How is a non "hardcore" player doing all of this if the content is so hardcore?

So you're asking for content to remain a challenge no matter how many times you've done it? Sadly this doesn't exist at this time (would be cool if it did). I understand that at this point you feel you're over the content, but I ask that you realize that this is a MMO and over the last couple of years the development model to a MMO has changed. I agree it's bad that endgame exists out of only 4 fights and I can see the exact same happening in CT. This is something that we, the community, must bring to light and ask for it to be addressed. But once again just because you are able to farm Coil doesn't mean you're more entitled than others in this game. Congrats on clearing your runs so fast without even trying and I hope they release more content per patch soon.

Yeah it just doesn't feel like hardcore content. I mean...I just see it as very little end game content atm. But yeah I think we are on the same page...all I am hoping for is they release enough content so that people stick around and the game becomes fun for everyone. I am hoping by the first expansion...and I do plan to stick around until then!

Same here, nothing like going into a new MMO. And finding out that there are 15 endgame dungeons and 5 different raid tiers with great story progression. Here's to the future of this game! And with a community that can work together for common goals I'm sure we'll get there!
