I would agree in that statement.

I was thinking to myself that both songs could ultimately be labelled under the style of 'musical comedy'

As someone who has seen a lot of musicals, I know various songs they employ this chorus type arrangement.

'Blame Canada' is a good example people might now.

Now here's an important question: where can I get the lyrics?

Not cause I plan to sing it over vent or something like that >.>

The lyrics for Good King Moogle Mog the XII? They're included in English in the inlay booklet with the Before Meteor album (it's also listed on the FF Wiki as well), but if you really insist.

    Good King Moggle Mog
    Good King Mog
    Leads the brave and true!

    Good King Moggle Mog
    Good King Mog
Now come along and meet his trusty crew!
    Kupo!

Kupta Kapa will clip your tuft
Split your hairs and ruffle your fluff

Kupti Koop will throw you for a loop
Brave a wall of whiskers to find his troupe

Kupli Kipp is sly yet sweet
He'll tickle your nose then tickle your feet

Jolly Kogi's eye for fun is clear
He'll put an arrow straight in your rear!

    Pukla Puki plays with fire
    Poms a-burning on her pyre

Puksi Piko likes her buddies big
To sing a little song and dance a little jig

    Pukna Pako shivers and shakes
She'll stick you in the gut and give you bellyaches

And who's behind them, standing tall?
Why, the biggest moogle of them all!

(Who!? Who!? Whoever could it be!?)

    Good King Moggle Mog
    Good King Mog
Kind and noble lord (hear, hear!)

    Nod your noggle nog
    And mind your gob
Or he'll put you to the sword! (Oh!)

    Good King Moggle Mog
    Good King Mog
    His judgment you will dread

    Good King Moggle Mog

    What do you decree?
    What do you decree?
    What do you decree?

    Off with their heads!
Somewhat surprisingly, the forum's very own Fernewahles (ala Micheal Christopher Koji Fox) is not only credited as the writer for the lyrics, he also was one of the vocals on the track, according to the Before Meteor booklet. It shows just how talented he is!
