I couldn't believe how much I loved this little song until I realized it reminds me a lot of another song I enjoy:
This is haloween!!!

That's what alot of us in 1.0 thought when we heard it for the first time. Hehe
Little late there :P.Why does Moogle Music sound like...
" The Nightmare before Christmas Remixed" " This is Halloween, This is Halloween" :P
Really?
Oh wow, ok :P
For the record, I never played 11, never played 1.0. I only began when this game launched this year and this was the first time I had ever heard the song.
At least now I know I wasn't the only one to notice the comparison :P
P.S. The link I posted works, but it doesn't seem to want to start right away for some reason
It's like an odd mix of an ICP song and This is Halloween (video on that link doesnt work, btw)
The music itself is actually a remix of the Moogle theme. The English lyrics are what make it sound like This Is Halloween. Still a neat decision by the ENG translation team.
Youtube hates me today. It's saying its blocked for copyright in my country. :3 This is the 3rd video I've struck out on today
*sighs* How many times has this come up? If anything Danny Elfman ripped off Uematsu as the moogle theme in FFV (known as Critter Tripper Fritter) preceded Burton's film score by at least a year. The only similarities is in Soken's ARR arrangement, and even that is a stretch. Same style, yes, but you can't copyright a style of music.
I would agree in that statement.*sighs* How many times has this come up? I was thinking to myself that both songs could ultimately be labelled under the style of 'musical comedy'
As someone who has seen a lot of musicals, I know various songs they employ this chorus type arrangement.
'Blame Canada' is a good example people might now.
Now here's an important question: where can I get the lyrics?
Not cause I plan to sing it over vent or something like that >.>
