Steps:
I finished Haukke Manor and concluded the main storyline quest "Power of Deduction." It is listed in my journal under Completed Quests. I have no other active/current quests. Aethelmaer is supposed to give me the next quest in the line, "Secret of the White Lily." But there is no "!" quest icon above his head, and when interacted with he just gives the generic greeting.
