Is it possible to get a name change?

Basically pay $40-50 to change your name.
Since I think it cost $20-25 to change servers? lol.

Yeah the Dev did say they were looking into this.

Jeez, that's a lot. I guess there aren't free transfers anymore? (or if there ever was, but I assume there was bc of the server issues on launch day)

The actual price is $18. It would be $36 total for both transfers just to change your name.

Also it appears there isn't a required cooldown time for this service. Based off what is written in that post you should be able to do both transfers back to back.

Also regarding the name change:

Characters with the Same Name

In the event the name of your character has already been chosen by another character on the destination World, you will be required to change your character's name when logging in for the first time.

Although it is possible to confirm the availability of your character's name when submitting your application, multiple applications bearing characters with the same name may necessitate the renaming of your character, depending on the order in which the applications are processed.

They did say they will allow name changes in the future for sure, they are just figuring out how to implement it. Hrvine was the one who said it. Or however its spelled xD
