    Server not responding.patch problem

    I can't patch 3559.73mb.Always receive the server is not responding for assistance with the issue,please visit the SQUARE ENIX Support Center http://sqex.to/x4w
    [30413][10009][10019].Someone help i tried everything when patching my download speed going down to 0.0mb.Sometimes after 1gb sometimes after 10 mb doesn't matter.
