Yup, this is the problem, and the reason they are making the changes they are. SE themselves said they are too common, something this common cannot be "the best"

There's a whole quest that you must do to get your Relic weapon. Don't blame Titan, blame the whole quest. It's too easy and fast to do. I'm not going to defend the 1.0 quest but it was harder and more time-consuming as to what we have now; that's why relics weren't as common as they are in ARR. The relic quest in this game is a joke. And it's kinda silly that the only hard part of the whole thing is Titan.

On the quest acceptance page for Lv45 WAR quest "Proof is in the Putting" it says: "Curious Gorge would share with you the location of the final piece of relic armor." in reference to the AF.
