Item Lost during Equipment Change while being aggro'd.

So I had just spirit bonded/converted 2 pieces of gear (2 rings), went to go re-equip my old rings (Darklight Band of Striking and Maiming) as I'm equipping the band of Striking I get attacked/aggro'd by a mob (as you can see in my chat log below it says it equipped) but it didn't actually equip; I killed the mob real quick and went back into my equipment menu and it hadn't equipped and was missing from my inventory/armory chest and wasn't equipped on my character either. It's like as I was attacked during mid equipment change, it like "Ate" my item. I also tried using my equipment change macro and it stated that not all equipment was found.

Any chance I can get this fixed/item recovered? It's not much Philosophy but it's also a pain that the game might just randomly eat my items when being aggro'd during equipment change. Never had this happen before.

Thanks for reading. I also submitted a bug report in game but I'm not sure where I can actually get a response for this.

Restarted the game, item appeared where it had been when I tried to equip it originally in same slot in Armory Chest.

Guessing the server<->game code didn't update that the item was in my chest because client side thought it was equipped/not in chest.
