    Housing costs?

    Did I somehow miss the part where they detailed the pricing rollout for the FC housing? I read thru the google doc translation and didn't see anything. Anyone have the skinny on this?

    Last live letter they said prices were undecided and they'd check world economies closer to the release date... This last live letter and the next one are not about housing, since there was one dedicated to it.

    The prices will most likely be determined by the avg. amount of gil currently circulating the worlds closer to release date.

    It would be unrealistic to set a price at for example 25 million now because in the smaller worlds, the avg. player may only have 250k because the overall gil circulating is actually very low, while in larger servers, avg. gil/person could be 2.5 million because their is plenty of gil.

    This is why a staple price has not been set. This is what you are wanting, a staple number. However, I can tell you when the situation is looked at realistically, you will not currently get one because of the example I gave you.
