Titan really isn't as hard as people seem to be giving him credit for. Get a group of people who know how to dodge and can work together. It's a little off-putting that someone thinks that Titan HM or content past Prae is a barrier to enjoying the game. This majority you talk about does not even exist.

iLVL70 is only a Garuda weapon after all and everyone can do that with tome farming. No hardcore to it.
