The Problem they have is that it takes up a DPS slot that can be filled by a DPS class that does more dmg which is all of them, even my SMN does more dmg than my BRD does. Also, they problably feel that unless the group needs Mage's Ballad BRD isn't viable job to take with them unless they have no other choice.
