to access twintania you need all the relic quest and 4 coil floors. also you can only do it once a week, while moggle can be spammed all day (and probably has no pre-requisites).

also twintania is the hardest boss in the game, while moggle will be weaker then titan (as y-p said).

nope. i don't have lv80 armors that took more effort.

i have 8 relics that took 5 times the effort of getting a moogle weapon (no to mention 1.0 relics that took 100 times the effort to get 1 moogle weapon)

Be ready to find also ilevel80 weapons in CT.

I did moogle 15 times in 1.0 and didn't get a weapon. How do you want to know that getting a Moogle weapon is faster than getting a relict weapon in ARR?

That would only make sense if it was higher as ilevel80. They don't nerf relict weapon.
