Internal Release doesn't work

I have been having an issue where I am using Internal Release right after an ability (usually Blood for Blood) it will not work. The recast timer starts, but the ability is not active.

I was having same problem.. it seems you can not stack Blood for blood and Internal Release together.. So I usually use one and then the other after the buff is over. Since Internal Release has the shortest buff time. I usually go with that first then use Blood for blood. Hope this helps. I am not sure if we was suppose to be able to stack these.
