    HELP cannot update since November 20th

    since November 2oth I cannot start the game ( not even to the game lobby ). Every time I start the launcher update its always crash mentioning :

    Unable to update patch files
    [11005][20815][20866][19900][32]
    C:/program files (x86)/squareEnix/FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn/boot/ffxivboot.exe

    I am using Window 7

    Please solve my problem soon

    go to "C:\Users\{pc user}\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn\downloads\ffxivpatch" and try emptying this folder.

    Finally managed to strt the launcher by disabling all the firewall and Microsoft Defender...have to start downloading everything thought cause I had reinstalled the game before...
